Description
Steam baths were already very popular and well-known in Roman baths and the Ottoman Empire.
Due to the higher temperatures, they induce an artificial fever – similar to a sauna. This strengthens the immune system and has a skin-cleansing effect.
Steam baths have a positive effect on the recovery process from colds.
Various scrubs are applied according to the current sauna infusion schedule.
