Meditationssauna

Sensual and relaxing is the motto of the meditation sauna. The special feature of the sauna is the bench. As if wrapped in a cocoon, you can relax here with a dream view.

In keeping with this, meditation infusions and sound journeys are offered as gentle infusions. Due to the higher humidity of about 40%, the climate of the sauna is more agreeable - especially for sauna beginners - and allows for a longer stay for the meditation infusions.

Hints:
Temperature 70 °C / Humidity 45 %.
