The most original and rustic form of sauna in Therme Lindau is the banya. For its construction, the wood of trees that have already died, originating from the polar region, was used. The silver patina is another special feature of this rare untreated tree species.

The original Wenik infusion is performed here. The birch branches cut in spring are soaked overnight. With this decoction is infused and the guests are knocked off in the classical way.

The highlight is the Wenik ceremony. Several times a day, in small groups, the sauna is performed as in Karelia. Individual treatments and refreshment in between are included.
