Tischlein deck dich, Goldesel, Knüppel aus dem Sack

Once upon a time there were three brothers who each went their own way to learn a trade. After completing their training, each received a magical object with which they could return to their father. As the journey was long, they all passed an inn on the way home, where they spent the night. But not together, but on different nights. The innkeeper noticed the magic items, exchanged them for ordinary ones and thought he would get away with it. But he hadn't reckoned with the youngest son!
