Das kalte Herz

Peter is dissatisfied with his hard and dirty work as a charcoal burner. When he learns of a forest spirit in the Black Forest called the Glasmännlein or treasure house man who grants 3 wishes to certain people, he seeks it out and wishes for short-sighted things like money and a glassworks. But soon he is bored and dissatisfied. Then Peter meets Holländermichel, who is in league with evil. For his services, Holländermichel demands something in return....
