The Green Planet

Less than three kilometres from Burj Khalifa, the tallest building on earth, The Green Planet opened in 2016 in the City Walk district in the heart of Dubai. This indoor zoo is a biodome that is home to more than 3,000 animals and plants. Inside is a man-made tropical rainforest where animals such as birds, reptiles and fish are kept outdoors. In the middle of the biodrome is a 25-metre tree with an artificial trunk. Fruit bats can be found here as well as pythons and sloths.

Even from a distance, the Green Planet building stands out because it is cube-shaped and diagonally divided into 2 parts, one of which is a large glass cylinder. If you want, you can even spend the night here,
