NRH2O Family Waterpark

About 20 kilometres north-east of Fort Worth and about 44 kilometres west of Dallas lies the city of North Richland Hills, abbreviated to NRO. With a population of around 70,000, it is a satellite town in the north of Texas. It is home to NRH2O Family , or NRH 2 O for short, a water park owned by the city that opened in 1995 and features water slides, a swimming pool, a wave pool and a current channel. Between May and September, the park welcomes its guests under the motto "The formula for family fun!" on around 7 hectares. The water park includes the world's largest uphill water coaster, Green Extreme, with a length of more than 353 metres and a height of over 24 metres. In 2016, NRH2O was named one of the best water parks in the USA by Fox News.

The Peppa Pig Dallas-Fort Worth is only a few metres away from the water park.
