About the Park
Around 22 kilometres east of Tennessee's largest city and capital, Nashville, lies the sleepy town of Hermitage on Interstate 40, where the Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort is located on the shores of Percy Priest Lake. The Hermitage Landing leisure complex was opened here in 1971 and operated until 1997. Nashville Shores opened on this site the following year. Nashville Shores' normal operating season lasts from the beginning of May to the beginning of August. After that, the water park is only open again at weekends until the end of September.
The resort is owned and operated by Premier Parks, LLC.
