Hawaiian Waters The Colony

Hawaiian Falls The Colony water park is located just 50 kilometres north of the Texan city of Dallas. It was opened to visitors for the first time in May 2004 in The Colony, Texas, and was the second park in the Hawaiian Falls chain. Hawaiian Falls The Colony covers a similar area to its sister park Garland. The park was built between the city of The Colony and Hawaiian Falls in a public-private partnership - like all Hawaiian Falls parks - based on this model. In this model, the cities contribute funds and/or other incentives, and the parks are then built on public land. Each of the parks has its own lease structure (from underwriting land and infrastructure costs (Garland and The Colony) to 100 per cent funding).

In 2020, the park was acquired by the operator group Premier Parks, LLC.
