About the Park
Disney's third water park opened its doors on 1 April 1995. The theme is based on a ski resort in the Alps. The landmark is Mount Gushmore, whose summit is reached by chairlift. From Mount Gushmore numerous slides lead down into the depths. The main attraction is the water slide Summit Plummet, which is one of the highest and fastest water slides in the world with a height of about 36 m. Besides numerous water slides, the water park offers a Lazy River and a large wave pool.
