Aquatica Orlando

The amusement park is home to 36 water slides, six rivers and several lagoons. It covers an area of 20 hectares and was opened in 2008.

The landscaping of the park is based on the landscapes of New Zealand, Australia and New Guinea. The main attraction is a water slide where you slide through a transparent tube through a crystal blue lagoon with Commerson's dolphins and other animals. These dolphins were chosen because their black and white markings resemble SeaWorld's symbol, the orca Shamu.
