Anakeesta

The Anakeesta Mountain Top Theme Park is located in Gatlinburg, a mountain village at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in the east of the US state of Tennessee. The adventure park can be reached from the valley station in Gatlinburg by taking the Chondola chairlift or the Ridge Rambler. Anakeesta is home to various attractions such as the Duelling Zip Line, the AnaVista Tower observation tower, the Treetop Skywalk and the two mountain coasters The Hellbender Smoky Mountain Coaster and Rail Runner. While the 640 metre long monorail mountain coaster Rail Runner is from Sunkid, the 1,021 metre long The Hellbender Smoky Mountain Coaster is an alpine coaster from Josef Wiegand GmbH & Co KG. The Anakeesta Mountain Top Theme Park is open all year round, albeit with seasonal differences and offers.
