X-TRÉM BOB Szilvásvárad

In the Hungarian municipality of Szilvásvárad in northern Hungary, about 23 km north of Eger and about 6 km northeast of the county seat of Bélapátfalva, you will find Hungary's first monorail alpine coaster, the X-TRÉM BOB Szilvásvárad, which opened in December 2008. This alpine coaster, 600 m long in total, was built by the Austrian company Brandauer and reaches top speeds of up to 45 km/h. Children from 4 to 7 years of age can ride the X-TRÉM BOB together with an adult, and from 8 years of age you can ride the bobsleigh alone.
