About the Park
SEA LIFE Benálmadena is located south of Malaga, directly at the port. It is one of several aquariums run by the Merlin Group, which also owns the Legoland parks, Madame Tussauds, or . Each of the aquariums is designed in the style of a walkway, displaying animals in a classic setting. Rays are kept in a large, shallow tank, while schooling fish are kept in a large, water-filled ring several meters in diameter. Each SEA LIFE also has a special focus and shows special features of the animal world in changing exhibitions. For example, turtles or jellyfish are put in the foreground.
