About the Park
The Oeschinensee toboggan run has been located on the Swiss Oeschinensee, above Kandersteg in the Bernese Oberland, since 1995. The 920 metre-long summer toboggan run built by Josef Wiegand GmbH & Co. KG from Germany, promises a speedy descent with its various elements such as tight bends and rapid straights, which can be controlled by the brake lever in the toboggan. You can also enjoy views of the Blüemlisalp massif and down into the Kandertal valley during the ride. The Oeschinensee toboggan run is easily accessible by cable car from Kandersteg or after a 30-minute ascent. In addition to tobogganing, Lake Oeschinen is also ideal for rowing, hiking and biking. The Oeschinensee toboggan run is only open during the summer season and in good weather conditions.
Tip: Before travelling, check the exact opening times on the website or call the toboggan run operator.
