JuraPark Solec

JuraPark Solec is a recreational and educational park in Bydgoszcz, a good 150 kilometres north-east of Poznan, specialising in the prehistoric world of dinosaurs. The park is located in the town of Solec-Kujawski and has been open since 2008. The park covers an area of about 12 hectares and is thus smaller than its sister park in Bałtów, which first opened in 2004. It houses more than 150 life-size dinosaur models integrated into the park landscape. The models are designed in great detail and are intended to give visitors a realistic image of the dinosaurs. The dinosaur models are divided into different themed areas representing the different eras of dinosaur history. On the interactive dinosaur trail, visitors can visit interactive exhibitions where they can learn more about dinosaurs and take part in various activities. The offer is rounded off by attractions such as a playground, a 5D cinema and a small amusement park with a roller coaster.
