Styrassic Park

Styrassic Park has been located in Bad Gleichenberg in beautiful Styria, Austria, around 65 km south-east of Graz, since 27 March 1999. Covering an area of over five hectares, it takes you back to a long-forgotten time when giants such as the coelacanth, Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops and Gigantor Raptor roamed the earth. Over 100 life-size, true-to-life replicas of prehistoric creatures, created by over 30 artists in more than 21,000 hours of work, are waiting to be explored.

In addition to the ‘dinosaurs’, Styrassic Park also has other adventures and attractions in store for you. In addition to various play equipment and playgrounds for the little ones, there is also a dinosaur cinema and several rides. You can take a ride on the dinosaur train, the chain carousel or the dinosaur coaster. For those of you looking for thrills, there is the flying carpet and the top spin ride. You can also head up high in the high ropes course, where you can even whizz over the heads of the dinosaurs on a zip line.

Styrassic Park is a great day out in Styria, and you can even extend your visit by staying in the tree hotel, which is 6 metres above the ground. There you will find a pool area with a water slide and a beach volleyball court, among other things.
