Nassfeld

If you think that tobogganing is only possible in winter, you've got the wrong idea. Carinthia's longest summer toboggan run climbs a good 400 metres in altitude over a distance of almost two kilometres, from the Madritsche mountain station on the Millennium Express cable car to the Tressdorfer Alm intermediate station. Nassfeld is located about 65 kilometres west of Villach, less than a kilometre from the Italian border. In winter you can ski here and in summer there are a variety of attractions for the whole family, from a mountain coaster to flying fox and playgrounds.
