Knüppel aus dem Sack, Esel streck dich, Tischlein deck dich

Once upon a time there were three brothers who each went their own way to learn a trade. After the training was completed, everyone was given a magical item to return home to their father with. Since the journey was long, everyone passed a hostel on their way home where they stayed. But not together, but on different nights. The landlord noticed the magical items, exchanged them for common ones and thought that he should get away with them. But he hadn't expected the youngest son!
