About the Park
In the middle of the Dutch city of Tilburg is probably the most unusual zoo in our app: Zoo de Oliemeulen. In 1987, the heart of the small reptile house began to beat in an old oil mill. In the years since it opened, the animal population has grown to more than 150 species, and in the meantime mammals and birds have also been added to the zoo. What began with lizards, snakes, spiders and crocodiles was supplemented by flying foxes and armadillos and meerkats.
