Lisse (NL) - Kermis

The funfair in Lisse is a central part of the annual Feestweek, a large folk festival that usually puts the town into a state of excitement in September. The funfair itself is the vibrant heart of the last days of Feestweek.

The funfair takes place on Dirk van der Madeplein, transforming this location into a fairground full of colours, lights and lively sounds. Here you will find a wide range of rides, from classic carousels to modern attractions for adrenaline junkies. The smell of candyfloss, freshly roasted almonds and other fairground specialities fills the air, creating an unmistakable atmosphere.

An absolute highlight that makes the fair in Lisse so special is the spectacular fireworks display that brings the entire festival week to a festive close. This event takes place on Sunday evening and attracts the entire community to end the celebrations together. It is the perfect end to a weekend full of fun and entertainment.
