At the Dino Scavenger Hunt in Dinoland Zwolle, visitors of all ages can enjoy an interactive and educational discovery tour that playfully guides them through the entire theme park. Right at the park entrance, the budding Dino Rangers receive their personal expedition map, which kicks off their adventurous search for clues. Across the expansive grounds, participants must uncover hidden clues, solve tricky puzzles, and answer exciting questions about these prehistoric giants. During the scavenger hunt, children travel millions of years back in time, traversing the three major geological eras: the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous. Along the way, they’ll encounter more than 100 life-size dinosaur models—from the majestic Brachiosaurus to the three-horned Triceratops to the fearsome Tyrannosaurus rex. In addition to being great fun, the expedition teaches scientific facts about the dinosaurs’ way of life, diet, and extinction. Those who successfully complete all the tasks and solve the puzzle by the end will finish the expedition as certified Dino Rangers. Participation in this all-weather activity is free and included in the park’s regular admission price.
