About the Park
Since 2004, there has been a small amusement park in Henderson Valley called Crystal Mountain. It is located about 22 km northwest of Auckland and specialises in the theme of crystals. The award-winning tourist attraction houses a crystal mining museum, an animal park and the Crystal Mountain Express runs between the two. In addition to an indoor area and a dinosaur exhibit, there are several attractions, including a roller coaster.c
