South Parade Pier

In the harbour city of Portsmouth on the south coast of England, you will find the South Parade Pier, opened in 1879, one of a total of two piers in Portsmouth where you can have fun 364 days a year at its amusement park. In addition to a family roller coaster, you'll find rides for the smaller guests. There is no general entrance fee or so-called wristband as you know it from other piers. You have to exchange your British pounds for credits, which you can then use to pay for the rides you want. In addition to the rides, there are of course various stalls, an arcade hall and two event rooms, where musical events are often held, and two fishing piers. The South Parade Pier offers a great day out for all ages.
