Scarborough North Bay Railway

The North Bay Railway Experience Park is located in Scarborough in the county of North Yorkshire, around 40 miles (approx. 64 km) from York. As the name suggests, railway enthusiasts in particular get their money's worth here, as five detailed model railways with a track gauge of 20 inches (approx. 51 cm) have been making their rounds on the 1.4 km long rail network since 1931. Of course, you can also take a seat in one of the carriages and enjoy the ride. You will also find one of the oldest water rides in the UK, the Historic Water Chute from 1931, as well as the Northstead Manor Gardens Water Walker, bumper boats and electric boats on the lake. The two-storey Skytrail also takes you up high. The North Bay Railway Adventure Park is open all year round, albeit with seasonal differences.
