Cadbury World

A world of delicious chocolate experiences? That's what awaits you at Cadbury World in Bournville in the north of England, around 6 miles (approx. 10 km) south-west of Birmingham. The delicious Cadbury chocolate has been produced here in the village of Bournville since 1824. In Cadbury World, which opened on 14 August 1990 on the Cadbury factory site, you can learn about and experience the history of the Cadbury Company, which today belongs to Mondelez, the second largest confectionery manufacturer in the world. You will be guided through the premises of Cadbury World and can experience all kinds of things. The 4D Chocolate Adventure, African Adventure Play Area, Aztec Jungl and, since 2024, the Chocolate Quest dark ride to mark the 200th anniversary, are all waiting for you. Every year, around half a million visitors visit Cadbury World, which has been operated by the Merlin Entertainment Group since 2022, and are tempted by the delicious Cadbury chocolate, which can of course also be savoured there.
