About the Park
The Zoo de Cerza in Hermival-les-Vaux, France, opened as recently as 1986. Spread across 70 hectares, it is home to 120 species and approximately 1,500 animals. The animals living here come from all five continents. Visitors can admire the diverse array of creatures along two walking trails. Route one focuses on Africa. Here, visitors can observe animals such as wildebeests, lions, hippos, and lemurs. The second route highlights Australia, India, and Indonesia, among other regions. In addition to white tigers, spectacled bears, and Indian rhinos, visitors can also see wolves, kangaroos, and primates here.
In addition to the animal exhibits, there are also attractions for visitors. For example, there is a 3D cinema and a safari train.
On May 1, 2026, the park celebrated its 40th anniversary.
