Winnoland

Winnoland opened on 1 June 1987 under the name Babyland, but was sold to the Walibi Group in 1991. Walibi wanted to rebuild the park and so Babyland was closed for the time being. Further areas were to be purchased for a large extension, but unfortunately this was not possible due to the nearby nature reserve, and the project was completely abandoned. In 1998, the park was sold again - to the current operator Xavier Lapère. Nevertheless, Babyland remained closed for another 10 years to rebuild and refurbish everything. So in the 2008 season, the park finally reopened. Since then, the park has been steadily expanded.

At the beginning of the 2023 season, the name was changed from Babyland to Winnoland, named after the mascot Winno, which was already created in 2013.
