Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez (F) - Beau Land Park

Beau Land Park is an impressive seasonal funfair event on the French Atlantic coast, located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez in the Vendée department. Designed as a classic summer fair, it opens its doors every year during the peak holiday season and has become one of the most important evening destinations for tourists and locals in the region.

The special feature of Beau Land Park lies in its unique location and atmosphere. The grounds only come to life in the evening, transforming into a glowing sea of colours and music. Due to its proximity to the sea, the salty sea breeze mixes with the typical fairground scent, while the colourful lights of the attractions are visible from afar. The park is designed so that admission to the grounds themselves is free and visitors only pay for the rides they use, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing evening stroll.

The range of rides on offer is impressive and designed to cater for all ages and preferences. Adrenaline junkies will find spectacular attractions that transport brave guests to dizzying heights or whirl them through the air at breakneck speed. At the same time, timeless classics such as roller coasters, bumper cars, ghost trains and mirror mazes provide plenty of variety. For children, there is a wide selection of colourful carousels, trampolines and the skill games that are very popular in France, making a visit an adventure for the little ones.

In terms of cuisine, Beau Land Park offers everything a fairground visitor could desire. Along the aisles, there are numerous stalls selling freshly prepared churros, waffles, crêpes and candyfloss. Savoury snacks and bars are also available, making the park a complete entertainment complex. Regular discount promotions keep the experience affordable for families and cement the park's reputation as an essential summer highlight on the Côte de Lumière, bringing together generations of holidaymakers and locals.
