Piratland

Ahoy, landlubbers! Although it's still a good 60 kilometres to the Mediterranean, with only a 5-minute drive to Avignon, Pirate Land is a popular destination in Rochefort-du-Gard for all dock swallows, pirates and those who want to become a pirate. The special feature of the park is that entry is completely free and that you pay for the attractions you would like to ride or experience using purchasable gold coins. Depending on the booking package of gold coins, a ride can be experienced for as little as €0.50 (as of 03/2023: Ferris wheel). The attractions are designed for children between 1 and 12 years of age, so thrillseekers won't get their money's worth here.
