Douai (F) - Fête Foraine / Fêtes de gayant

The Fête Foraine in Douai is one of the most traditional and significant folk festivals in northern France. The event has a long history and is firmly established in the region’s cultural calendar. It takes place at various times of the year, with the most extensive edition organised in the summer as part of the town’s historic festivities, transforming the town centre into a vast event venue.
