Agde (F) - Luna Park Cap d'Agde

Luna Park in Cap d’Agde is one of the largest and most spectacular funfairs in the whole of France and is situated in a truly unique location. The park is situated directly on the famous Île des Loisirs leisure island in the centre of Cap d’Agde, transforming it into a huge, glittering entertainment hub throughout the summer months from mid-June to early September. Every evening, the sprawling site opens its gates to thousands of visitors, who are immersed in a world of colourful seas of lights, rousing music and the tempting aroma of fresh churros, waffles and roasted almonds.

The range of rides on offer is extremely varied, covering everything from classic fairground entertainment to extreme thrills. Adrenaline junkies will be in their element with gigantic upside-down rides, catapult-style bungee balls and high-speed rollercoasters, from which spectacular panoramic views of the coast and the marina can be enjoyed at dizzying heights. At the same time, there is a wealth of family-friendly highlights such as sprawling haunted houses, white-water rides, bumper cars and traditional children’s carousels. The experience is complemented by countless games booths, skill-based stalls and food and drink outlets.
