About the Park
Since 1956, over 150 species of animals have been at home in the Saarland capital Saarbrücken on 13 hectares. Here, for example, tapirs live in the South America House, reptiles such as giant tortoises in the Tropicarium and giraffes and antelopes in the Africa House. There is also a farm and petting zoo for children.
