Description
In the stone bath, you will experience the forces of nature in a rustic atmosphere, as they prevailed on earth millions of years ago: Primary rock, filled into a massive iron basket, is heated to about 40 °C in a brick oven. When the temperature is reached, the iron basket swings over to a large copper kettle filled with clear, cold water. Slowly, the hot granite rock sinks - hissing, sometimes crunching - into the cold water. Steam clouds with a high concentration of minerals rise above the water and gradually enrich the entire room. Through the repeated lifting and lowering process, humidity and the room temperature gently rise. Your body is slowly accustomed to this, accompanied by a targeted, gentle physical stress. This mild overheating stimulus is intensified by the heated benches made of solid stone on which you have taken a seat. This mild form of gentle overheating is ideal for all those for whom the high humidity in the steam bath is too extreme or the temperatures in the bio sauna are still too hot.
