Wiesbaden - Frühlingsfest

For more than 60 years, the spring festival has traditionally opened the folk festival season in Wiesbaden: The spring festival once again attracts visitors in April, over four days of events with speed, music and culinary delights - this time on the Real grounds at the corner of Mainzer Straße and Welfenstraße.

A wide variety of rides and culinary delicacies will provide visitors with the best entertainment.

On Monday, the ‘Family Day’ is on the programme at the festival, with special conditions for parents with children.

Now that Elsässer Platz is closed due to its conversion into a park, an alternative location had to be found. The intensive and not easy search has now led to success. The realisation of the festival is made possible by the concession of the investor of the Real site and the commitment of Wiesbadener Congress und Marketing GmbH as well as several authorities.

Around 50 stands and rides will be set up on an area of around 10,000 square metres, preferably in the tried and tested layout. A small expansion may also be possible at the location that has now been found.
