About the Park
It's that time again: Werder (Havel) celebrates spring, the blossoms and revives the deep-rooted tradition of fruit growing. The tree blossom festival consists of three components.
First component: At the beginning, the orchards and gardens in the districts and the town centre open their doors. With the hop-on hop-off offer of the regiobus blossom tours, the farms can be reached easily and conveniently from the railway station. There are 14 stops on the flower bus tour. Around 20 farms and gardens are involved along the route of the panoramic fruit trail.
Second building block: The start of the funfair on the Hartplatz brings life to Werder's city centre. Ten rides provide thrills, fun and good humour. Families with children also get their money's worth: the children's area on the island on the banks of the Mühlenberg opens at the same time.
The third component: the funfair. There is a full programme with live music and a wide range of offers and attractions for young and old between Bismarckhöhe and the island. The festival mile from Hoher Weg to Plantagenplatz, Unter den Linden and the market square offers a wide range of culinary delights to savour and enjoy.
