Villingen-Schwenningen - Volksfest

Until a few years ago, there were two events a year in Schwenningen and two events in Villingen.

In 2020, the previously somewhat small events were merged into one large event.

The venue has also changed since 2020. Since then, the folk festival has been held at the easily accessible exhibition centre in Schwenningen. There are numerous parking options for visitors right next to the exhibition centre. Admission to the Schwenninger Volksfest is free of charge.

Children's and Family Day is held every year on the Wednesday of the ten-day event. On this day, all visitors can purchase tickets for the rides at a reduced price.

In addition to the numerous attractions for young and old, an alpine hut village offers a cosy atmosphere to linger and enjoy the special time on the fairground.
