About the Park
The city's zoo is located in the west of Chemnitz on an area of around 10 hectares. The focus is on the conservation of endangered animal species and around 250 species are on display. In addition to tigers and leopards, you will also find Bactrian camels, Somali wild donkeys and spotted hyenas.
