Tepidarium

The stay in the elegant tepidarium is gentle and stimulating at the same time and can be extended for any length of time. The dry and body-like room temperature of approx. 38°C creates a healthy overheating that strengthens the immune system without stressing the circulation. The tepidarium has a preventive effect and offers an ideal opportunity for relaxation and regeneration for young and old. The recommended duration of stay is 30 minutes or more.
