About the Park
Every year, thousands of visitors come to the "Stänichä Kerwa" church fair in Steinach (Thuringia). This unique combination of church fair, market day and cultural event has existed for many years. Nowadays, a large number of market traders are present and fairground attractions also delight the many visitors from the region and further afield. The highlight on Sunday is the big parade and the firework display on Monday.
Over the last few decades, this festival has increasingly developed into a festival for the whole family. The Kirchweih in Steinach always takes place on the 3rd weekend in August.
