About the Park
The former free mountain town and present-day health resort of St. Andreasberg is located in the district of Goslar. Thanks to its location in the Harz Mountains, St. Andreasberg is very popular with skiers in the winter. But even when there’s no snow, the town offers its visitors plenty to do. For example, the 550-meter-long summer toboggan run operated by Alberti-Lift GmbH is located on the 663-meter-high Matthias-Schmidt-Berg. You can take a leisurely hike to the top or use the chairlift to reach the summer toboggan run. Thanks to the toboggans, even children as young as three can share the experience with their parents.
