About the Park
In Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, about 25 km from Trier and about 20 km from the Luxembourg and French borders, you will find the Saarburg summer toboggan run, which opened in 2001. The most convenient way to get to the start of the summer toboggan run is to use the Saarburg chairlift as a means of transport. The 795 m long track built by Josef Wiegand GmbH & Co. KG can be ridden alone or accompanied by a parent up to the age of 8, depending on the age of the passengers. Speeds of up to 44 km/h per toboggan are possible here.
