Rostocker Ostermarkt

The Rostock Easter Market is traditionally the opening of the season in Rostock city centre (from Neuer Markt via Kröpeliner Straße, Universitätsplatz, Breite Straße to Kröpeliner Tor). Visitors can expect a colourfully decorated spring landscape, a shopping mile with around 24 traders, culinary delights, numerous activities for children and a fairground service on Easter Monday. A giant Easter egg can be painted and, of course, the Easter bunny will also be making a personal visit on some days.
