Nettebad

In the north of Osnabrück, the Nettebad is operated by the public utility company. Originally opened in 1883 as a river swimming pool, the baths have changed over the years. In the mid-1970s, an outdoor pool was added; the Nettebad was rebuilt in its current form between 2002 and 2005. In addition to a 50-metre pool in the sports world, you'll find northern Germany's largest slide park here, with not only a stand-up slide but also tube, funnel and rocket launch slides. A sauna village and a Ninjacross course follow. During the summer months, there is varied water fun for everyone in the outdoor area.
