About the Park
The Zoo in Munich, founded in 1911, is one of the most renowned scientifically managed zoos in Europe. Over 750 species of animals live in a unique natural paradise in the Isar floodplain conservation area.

is the first geozoo in the world: The animals have been living here according to continents since 1928.
