Miniaturelbtal Königstein

In Königstein in Saxon Switzerland, in the south-east of Saxony between Pirna and the Czech border at the mouth of the Biela into the Elbe, model railway enthusiasts will find the Miniature Elbe Valley. The members of Miniaturelbtal Königstein e. V. have lovingly created a 1:1 scale replica of the railway line through the Upper Elbe Valley between Bad Schandau-Ost and Obervogelgesang around 1970 with an authentic track plan, train traffic and signalling technology. In addition to the various models that make their rounds on the layouts, other models and model railway catalogues from the last 60 years can also be discovered in the various exhibition areas and display cases.
