About the Park
In the immediate vicinity of the Rennsteig, the mini-a-thür is located in the Wartburg district of Ruhla in Thuringia. Since 1999, over 100 1:25 scale models of Thuringian landmarks have been on display in an area of over 18,000 square metres. For example, you will find the Zeiss Planetarium in Jena and the Wartburg Castle next to Erfurt's main railway station. Those who need a little diversion after viewing the models can either steer radio-controlled boats, ride mini-scooters or simply enjoy the afternoon with a cup of coffee and a piece of cake.
