About the Park
The wine festival in Meissen takes place on the penultimate full weekend in September. From then on, there will be around 20 venues offering a colourful programme on the festival grounds between Roßmarkt and Domplatz. The Youth City Council stage in the car park in front of the fairground will also be back this year.
On Sunday, the traditional parade starts at 10 am. Throughout the entire wine festival, the fairground on the Elbe awaits visitors from near and far with great attractions. The wine festival ends on Sunday with the DLRG torchlight swim and the final fireworks display at around 8.30 pm.
