Leipzig - Schaustellerland

There is still a funfair in Leipzig during the Christmas season. The organiser, the Volklandt family, is a fixture in the fairground industry and a sixth-generation family business. They organise a large pop-up winter leisure park at the Paunsdorf Center with lots of rides, fun and games and gastronomy of all kinds. It's well worth a visit.

Small savings tip: every Wednesday is family day with reduced prices.

Travel information:

- By tram / S-Bahn - Direct connection by tram (3 and 7) or S-Bahn: In the immediate vicinity of the P.C., the S4 line of the S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland stops at the "Leipzig-Engelsdorf" station every 30 minutes.

- By bus - Line 90 goes directly to the Paunsdorf Center stop. Another bus stop for line 72 is Sommerfeld.

- By car - Venue: Paunsdorf Center.
