About the Park
The Kamenz Forest Festival is a traditional school and local festival that has been celebrated in its current form for more than 150 years. The colourful parades, which take place on Monday and Thursday, are at the heart of the forest festival week.
In addition to the parades, there is a seven-day funfair in the forest, which is rounded off by an extensive entertainment programme with varied live music, many rides and an overwhelming fireworks display.
